Rosebud-Lott will be sending 5 athletes to the state track meet in Austin on May 3rd.
Returning to defend his 2A championship is Jamarquis Johnson in the long jump. His last jump of 22' 7" outpaced his opponents.
The 4x200 relay team of Brooke Skala, A'laya Cavitt, Aniah Cavitt, and Alexis Hines placed with a run time of 1:49.44 to make it to the state meet.
Hines also placed third in pole vault during the regional meet with a jump of 9' 6".
The athletes will all compete on May 3rd with Johnson beginning at 9am and the relay competing at 6:40pm.
