Several members of the Cougar Powerlifting team traveled to San Antonio this past weekend to qualify for the High School Nationals through the USAPL Federation. Bailey Cannon, Allysun Tays, Kato Mattair, and Daniel Rodriguez qualified to compete at the National level this April. The lifters that were not able to qualify will try again in another couple of weeks. This is not a sanctioned trip through RLHS and these students coordinated their own travel and expenses to compete and represent RL.
