RLHS held a meeting for incoming freshmen and their parents last night in order to inform them about graduation requirements, programs available to them as high school students and possible electives available to them next year.
Students and parents listened to information from Mrs. Ballard on graduation requirements, credits, endorsements and more. Mrs. Howell spoke about the PTech program and Career and Education Technology tracks for students. The crowd then headed to the auxillary gym to meet and greet those in charge of the electives available to them.
Students and parents were then able to choose their classes for next year. There was a larger than expected turnout at the meeting and many students enjoyed the electives fair, getting answers to questions and understanding more about each class.
